As that famous phrase says: "if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together". Before being partners, we were and are friends and although with different professional careers, we are united by a common point: the passion for personal development. For this reason, we "merged" our forces and knowledge with the hope of helping people to have quality relationships and this way it was born conquality.

Graduated in Computer Engineering by the University of Castilla-La Mancha, Eimard is currently working as Frontend Lead Engineer at Santander Bank in United Kingdom.
In addition, he is fortunate to have been able to perform as semi-professional footballer since 2009.
Eimard feels a special concern about entrepreneurship, being constantly trying to move forward, develop himself and thinking of new ideas that could impact the world and help the society:
He considers himself a lover of cognitive psychology and sports, and lucky to have been travelling and working in different countries, which has helped him to learn new languages that provide him a meaningly global insight.

Graduated in Labor Relations and Human Resources Development by the University of Castilla-La Mancha, with a mention in personnel management. Master in Psychology of work, from Organizations and Human Resources Management by the Complutense University of Madrid. He has experience in different areas of human resources, being his main interest the development of people. This motivation has led him to give different talks about this, and also he has created the personal growth blog: “La Cara B de la Vida". With the main aim of continuing to grow as person and professional, he has been living in different countries such as: Spain, England, Belgium and Germany.
